They do not constitute a binding offer for any specific session date; individual arrangements are confirmed separately by email or phone following an enquiry.

B. Purpose of this website

This website provides informational content about a local beginner calligraphy course, including course formats, session structure, materials used, and contact details. It is intended to inform prospective participants and does not itself process payments or binding reservations online.

C. Enquiries and booking

Enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email are treated as a request for information about session availability. A place in a session is considered arranged only once confirmed directly between the visitor and Setajo Waxute Kalligraphie e.U. through separate correspondence.

D. Course sessions and materials

Sessions are described on this website according to their general content and typical structure. Materials such as pens, nibs, ink and paper are provided on site for use during the session as described on the materials page. Exact materials available on a given date may vary depending on the format booked.

E. Rescheduling and cancellation

Requests to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session should be communicated as early as possible using the contact details listed on this website. Specific arrangements regarding rescheduling are confirmed on a case-by-case basis during correspondence.

J. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict of law provisions and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where mandatory consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction, that mandatory provision applies instead.

K. Severability

Should any individual provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its intended purpose.
